• UK-based
  
• Leisure Travel Specialists e.g. specialising in a particular destination area or type of holiday
  
• Existing turnover greater than £5 million per annum
  
• Strong supplier relationships
  
• Where additional investment in technology can be a significant value-enhancer to the business
  
• Profitable, high-growth companies, through to those requiring a turnaround to their current trading situation

Travel Technology
Investment - a minority stake - in travel technology specialists with the following characteristics:

• UK- or Ireland-based
• Business has a technology focus
  
• At a seed or early stage of its growth
  
• The management team has been active in the specific sector for a number of years
  
• A detailed and considered sales and marketing plan has been prepared by the management team, where such plan will stand up to rigorous due diligence including, for example, customer interviews, review of market research undertaken
  
• The investment provided in this round will see the company through to the achievement of next step milestones
  
• Strategic acquirers can be clearly defined for when the company has reached a certain level of maturity
